If you buy too many things and need to buy an extra suitcase home, buy suitcases from Dongmyo market, it's the cheapest there (around 50,000 won or $35 USD)

Travel to different places for a weekend trip or during holidays (take advantage of the beginning of the semester before midterms and finals)

Get a international drivers license from home and bring to Korea if you want to go to Jeju Island and rent a car

If you want to save money on housing, stay in a Goshiwon

Join clubs or buddy groups at your school to meet new people

If you need to exchange money, go to Myeongdong

Shop at Olive Young during their big sales to save money and get deals

Apply for your ARC as early as you can as it takes several weeks
